By accessing or using mbuzz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you're using mbuzz on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
mbuzz is operated by Forebrite Pty Ltd (ABN 64 671 038 958). When we say "mbuzz," "we," "us," or "our," we mean Forebrite Pty Ltd.
mbuzz is a multi-touch attribution platform. We provide:
To use mbuzz, you must create an account with a valid email address and company name. You're responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use mbuzz.
mbuzz uses a prepaid base plan with metered overage model:
When you exceed your plan's event limit:

We send email notifications at 80% and 100% of your plan limit, and for each overage charge.
The Free tier includes up to 10,000 events per month. This is a hard cap:
If a payment fails (overage charge or plan renewal):
Important: Events that occur during a payment failure are not stored and cannot be recovered. Once payment succeeds, event storage resumes, but lost events are gone permanently.
For plan renewals, we provide a 3-day grace period where events continue to be stored while we retry the payment.
We don't offer refunds for partial months or unused events. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us.
You agree not to use mbuzz to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own your data. We don't claim any ownership of the events, sessions, or visitor data you collect through mbuzz.
You can export your data at any time through the dashboard or API. If you cancel your account, you have 90 days to export your data before it's permanently deleted (see our Privacy Policy for details).
You're responsible for ensuring you have proper consent and legal basis to collect data from your users. mbuzz is the data processor; you are the data controller.
mbuzz and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Forebrite Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our APIs and SDKs for the purpose of sending events to mbuzz. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our code except as provided in our SDK documentation.
We strive for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally:
We don't offer formal SLAs at this time. For enterprise customers needing guaranteed uptime, contact us to discuss custom arrangements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mbuzz and Forebrite Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
You can cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. Your service continues until the end of your billing cycle.
We can terminate your account if you:
Upon termination, your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy (tracking data deleted immediately, account data retained for 90 days).
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
Before filing a formal dispute, please contact us. We'll try to resolve things informally first.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of mbuzz after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
